While you can’t predict an emergency, rest assured that if and when one does occur, the emergency room physicians and staff at Southern California Hospital at Culver City are committed to providing you with timely, personalized care in a comforting environment. We know that our emergency room is often the first point of care for our patients, so the welcome they receive is of utmost importance.
At SCH-CC, we are prepared to treat patients with a wide range of medical needs, from those who are critically ill or injured to those with minor illness or injury. If needed, our emergency and trauma doctors have immediate access to in-house specialists. Our 24/7 staff, which includes board-certified emergency physicians and physician assistants, has specialized training in trauma care and advanced cardiac life support.
And when we say you are treated in a timely manner, we pledge that under most circumstances you will be in and out of our emergency room within two hours. That is what we strive for, and we usually are successful in meeting that goal.
Looking to the future, our ER is in growth mode. We expect to break ground soon on an expanded 26-bed emergency room equipped with the latest state-of-the-art equipment. All this is being done to better accommodate those in need, because in an emergency—when you need care most—only our best will do.
